Description
Francis Hydro Turbine is designed the water heads from 20 m up to 80m, water flow from 0.5M3/S to 8m3/S . Francis water turbine can be made in horizontal or vertical shaft type and only with direct connection to the generator. Turbine has its own shaft support, or the runner is directly on the shaft of generator.Runner is produced using technology of exact casting and digitally created model using CNC technology.Guide vanes are fully regulated and they also perform the function of operational closure. The system is solved by gravity or pressure accumulator. Guide vanes are made of the same material as the runner and are machine using CNC technology.According to the data of intake penstock turbine is equipped with a flywheel and valve cap. Turbines will be controlled by the control panel and the mechanical part is operated by a hydraulic unit.
