Model YK5612 CNC Sector Gear Shaper is designed for steering device manufacture industry. It is used for cutting the steering gears on the radial shaft of the crowned teeth used on the automobiles, and it is more suitable for mass production of specialized factories.

Description:

1)   The machine is longitudinally arranged, all of the machine bed, column, cutter head and worktable have an excellent structures and driving rigidity, which keep the high accuracy, high reliability and low noise.

2)   The numerical control system, straight roll guide and ball screw pair in main functional parts of the machine are imported parts of famous brands, so as the excellent dispose can be completed.

3)   It is a CNC Sector Gear Shaper with three-axes simultaneous control. The CNC Control System and Servo System (SIEMENS) is equipped on the machine to complete simultaneous control for rotation of work table, tangential feed of worktable and radial feed of column.

4)   The speed setup of the main movement of cutter is driven by frequency variable motor and converter, so as the program setting and auto-exchanging can be realized, thereby the stepless speed change in a certain range can be realized

5)   The cutter relieving motion of the machine is done by means of the yoke- double-follower cam, low noise is one of the best characteristics.

6)   The independent oil tanks are used for hydraulic and coolant system on the machine, a forced lubrication is used for the cutter. A large number of coolant and conveyor with magnetic chip separator are equipped on the good-distributed coolant system for the timely heat dissipation and stable accuracy.

7)   A safely sealed electrical cabinet is equipped on the machine and an air-conditioner can be provided.
