Twist the time adjust button clockwise( be careful and gentle) to full spring (about 20-25times) for the first use;Stop after the spring is full, to avoid bar or screw be broken inside;Pull out the button again to set the time.Full spring (20-25times) once a day to ensure travel time required to the next 24hours.
