2. Composed devices
Manual expand and shrink uncoiler (1 unit)
a. Structure: four connection rods adjust manually and mechanically and the motor drives the steel coils doing uncoiling.
b. Specification: Φ520max/480min×1250 (width of roller)
c. 7.5kw frequency conversion control to make sure the speed is adjustable and it is equipped with both passive and active uncoiling models.
d. The max capacity: 5T with simple supporting stand.
Storage pit 1
It should be done according to the foundation drawings.
Φ220×1250mm disc slitting machine (1 Unit)
a. Specification of blades: Φ220×Φ120×10, material: 9CrSi and 10 pieces of blades and a set of spacers and rubber board will be provided with the machine for free (customers can extra purchasing of the blades as per the slitting numbers).
b. Thickness of processable material: δ＝1.0mm.
c. Width of processable material: B≤1250.
d. Electric motor: 11KW frequency conversion control motor to control the speed.
e. The slitting machine is designed with entry guide device.
f. Slitting speed: v＝30m/min.
