Characteristics:
Main frame adopts outside-turning taper twin-screw extruder
Moulding cooling part adopts vacuum shaping and circulating spray cooling, automatic control system is set up for water temperature, liquid level and vacuum degree.
Traction part adopts automatic clamping structure which can be regulated by pneumatic valve. This structure adopts frequency speed control system, speed can be controlled synchronously, speed and frequency can be displayed automatically.
Cutting part can be controlled manually or automatically, cutting with fixed length and quantity can be automatically displayed.
High level longitudinal and lateral adjustment can be carried out to assure necessary beeline for production line.
