??GSB-z1000 plastic unilateral grating unit is updated product on the basis of assimilating advanced technology from foreign countries and combining experience on production of plastic materials from our company, fit for DG25, DG35, DG50, DG80 and DG110 grating which can be used for reinforcement of highway, freeway of city planning, railroad and airstrip, rib installed project for guarding wall of river and sea; reinforcement of dam of river and sea; enclosure for orchard, vegetable land, animal and construction site.
It is extruded with macromolecule polymer and then is stretched with high tensile strength (150mPa), fit for different soils, all indexes and performances are better than those that have not been stretched, thus it is one kind of ideal reinforced material at present.

FBF Aluminum-plastic Alloy High-speed Production Line

This production line has high extruding amount (linear speed can be 3.5 to 4.0m/minute), stable running, excellent collocation, beautiful appearance and top-grade quality. It adoptsφ170 or φ160 exhaust extruder; path of matrix is proper and can be regulated conveniently; three-roller calendar adopts independent drive and closed ring control; special designed aluminum device can accommodate 0.03mm superthin aluminum patches precisely with adoption of crossed changing device to save time and materials; thermal-making laminating machine adopts large flux oil heater and has proper cooling structure. Top-grade superthick aluminum-plastic board can be produced if it is matched with quenching furnace.
