Choosing the full-closed compressors made in Japan and American. It works at a high efficiency, bears the abrasion, freezes strongly, works at a low load and fits in a multi-load system.
There are coolers in all types, which reduce the inlet-air temperature and the load of the heat-changer and evaporators. The inlet-air temperature can reaches 80 centigrade.
Through the special structure in the machine, the drop including water, solid grain and oil in the air is congealed by gravity, striking, eccentricity and dispersion. And after the high-efficiency filter, the drop is separated from the pressured air, and discharged from the machine. After that, the air will be very purity and can keep the system in a good condition.
The cooling-evaporator adopts the erect-circle spin constructure and a large scale area which make the pressured air stay a long time in the evaporator, ensure heat changing fully, congeal more water and keep a best drying effect.
Adopting a dual-controlling model of condensing pressure and hot-gas by-pass, in the rating range, the dew point is invariablenes whether the volume is large or small and the load changing is quick or slow. And this can ensure the quality of the air.
The pre-cooling/heat-changing of the system reduces 50% of the load of the freezing system, and makes the compressor work at a low load. The fan of scattering heat can adjust self-regulation according the load and the environmental temperature which may save more electrical power.
It reclaims the energy of the system by using the heat-changing at the evaporator and the outlet. This may reduce the load of the evaporator, remove the phenomenon of dewing and can ensure the safety of the system.
