Large Diameter HDPE Water Supply And Gas Supply Pipe Extrusion Line
With thisproduction line you can extrude high quality large diameter water and gassupply pipes .This pipes produced by our line have excellent stiffness andflexibility ,resistance to creep deformation ,excellent heat-linkage .Largedismeter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gassupply systems.
The productionline consists of control system ,extruder,mould,calibration unit,haul-off unit,planetary cutter and stacker.
This line isassembled lattice or spiral mould, new type calibration unit and sprayingcooling bath. Advanced PLC control system and large chromatic liquid-crystalscreen make the operation more convenient ,having a friendly human-machineinterface.
HDPE pipe production line
I. SJ-120/30 Single-screw extruder
- 1.Driving motor power: 75KW.
- 2.Heating loop: Cast Aluminum full-close type infraredheating,heating power: 30KW.
- 3.Cooling: low-noise cooling fan, power:250Wx5 sets.
II. Machine Head: 1set (users offer pipe wallthickness)
- 1.Head material:hard chromeplating,tempering processing
- 2.Heating loop :stainless steel heating ring.
- 3.Sizing unit:hard wearing ,coppermaterial.
III.Vacuum sizingcooling spray box:
- 1.Box length: 6 meters.
- 2. Material: stainless steel plate
- 3.Vacuum pumps: two, the fronter 7.5KW, thebehind 7.5kw
- 4.Water pumps: two,the former 7.5KW,thebehind 7.5KW
- 5.Automatic water level control unit: 1 set
