3 Inspection equipments: 3 units CMM (COORD), Spectrometer from Germany, X-RAY, Universal testing machine, Brinell hardness tester, Optical projector, Salt spray tester and so on.
4.Automotive Parts mainly include gear box housing, engine oil pump housing, engine bracket, bumper bracket and runner plate.
5.A particular project team for automotive prodcuts and professionals including quality, mould engineer, gauge and ficture designer provide strong support for developing into automotive markets
6. Complete documents including APQP, CP, Flow Chart, PFMEA, PPAP, PSW In English version
7 Providing one stop service from tooling design, moldflow simulation , die casting technic analysis, CNC machining and surface treatment
