ZMD fluorine plastic self-priming magnetic pump is a kind of new pump that absorb the advantages of magnetic pump and self-priming pump, this series pumps have property of no leakage of magnetic pump, and the biggest advantage namely is self-priming, generally self-priming height can reach 2-4 meters, namely has self-priming function, and cancelled the shaft seal, using magnetic coupling indirect transmission, and totally eliminates dripping problems.
Design Features
1. Its flow components adopt the most excellent corrosion resistance "plastic king" (fluorine plastic) in the world, pump body adopt metal casing lining FEP (F46), pump cover, impeller use metal embedded parts coating fluorine plastic sintering, isolation sets use special materials, with high-strength mechanics properties, eliminate the common magnetic pump existing magnetic eddy current phenomenon.
2. First irrigation before using, the second and later use is no irrigation fluid needed, can inhal liquid directly from below the pump mounting position.
3. Adopt unique pull-type structure, can easily carrie on internal overhaul and replace parts, without removing pipe, greatly facilitate the daily overhaul and maintenance work.
Applications:
ZMD series fluoroplastic self-suction magnetic pump is widely used in chemical, making acid, alkali manufacturing, smelting, pesticide, dye, medicine, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other industries conveying arbitrary concentration of acid, alkali, oil, the rare and precious liquids, toxic liquid, volatile chemical medium.
Using temperature: - 20 degree Celsius to 120 degree Celsius.
