Product explanation:
This machine is used to perform the test specified in many standards to determine compliance with safety requirements, particularly mechanical strength of test samples. It consists of a steel barrel, with a shape and dimensions as specified in the relevant standard. The barrel is rotated about its central axis by a motor such that its speed is five revolutions per minute. The test sample placed inside the barrel will undergo repeated falls from a height of 500 mm on the steel plates fitted inside the barrel.
