Usage:
rubber refiner is mainly used for the refining of reclaimed rubber.
Features:
1.the rolls of rubber refiner is made of cold chilled cast iron ,so the surface is hard and wearable. the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.
2. the rubber refiner is equipped with overload protection devices. and the major components cannot be damaged because of over loading.
3.the rubber refiner is equipped with emergency braking device. when an emergent accident happens, draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once. it is safe and reliable.
4.the transmission system adopts NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer. which has compact structure. low noise and high efficiency.
5. the base of the machine is a complete frame , so it's very convenient for installation.
6.the machine have scraper and crimping device. which enables to take the materials off from rolls.
