Core pins and sleeves assembly used to use in injection molding,they are one of mold components of plastic mold.Core pin must put into the ejector sleeves to work.When the injection machine work in high speed,after the mold open,core pins and sleeves assembly ejector the plastic products immediately.Core pins and sleeves work together to make precision tolerance and good products.
We used to use SKH51 to make core pins,its hardness reached to 58-60HRC is harder than ejector sleeves.The better material to make core pins is high speed steel.The processing of core pins is similar to ejector pins.But the size between core pins and ejector pins are total different,the head of them is much different.
