[ PRODUCT FEATURE: ]
The light steel keel material has very well mechanical property, high precision on size, well linearity, flat panel. It is ametabolic and it can avoid cranny causing by ceiling installation.
Fixity is very good during installation, with unique pocked technique. It is good for avoiding selftapping screw sidesliping. It not only improve the speed of construction, but also assure the locked-in connection among materials.
[ CEILING SUSPENSION (Horizontal Suspending) INSTALLATION: ]
1. According the demand of designer, leave the space for the thickness of plasterboard, and draw a line at the sides of wall. Fasten the side keel with fixity at each 600mm space.
2. Drawing line on the ceiling at each space of 900mm-1200mm, and mark the location of suspended point.
3. Fasten the suspender at the marked location of suspended point with fixity.
4. Insert the main keel into the pendant, adjust the level. And put the end of main keel on the side keel.
5. The space between main keel should be 900mm-1200mm.
6. Connect the cross keel and main keel with wedge, the space between cross keel is 400mm, the direction plumbs main keel.
7. Connect the cut cross keel and cross keel with hanger, space is 600mm, the direction plumbs cross keel.
8. If the main keel and cross keel is not long enough, you can connect and lengthen them with the relating keel connector.
9. Fasten plasterboard to the keel as the edge space 150mm and middle space 200mm between screws. The direction of plasterboard long side should be plumbs the cross keel, and short side of plasterboard are installed at crossing slot.
