Description:
The hollow sheet/plate production line is widely used in the field such as car industry, electronics industry,
hardware, food and beverage, chemical plastic, instruments and meters, advertisements, post office and
like.
PP hollow sheet applications:
1) Transportation and packing containers.
2) Form lining board for suitcase or luggage.
3) Sign board, advisement board, building fixture and frame.
4) Antistatic or insulating container for electronics
PP hollow sheet is light, high strength, damp proof, good environmental protection and secondary,
processing, can produce to container, packing case, clapboard, base plate: It is widely used in electric,
home appliance, suitcase, machinery, post, food, medical. Pesticides and advertisement, decoration
and some other areas.
PC hollow sheet used for lighting in office building, hall, marker, sports stadiums, entertainment center
and public service: Canopy for station, parking lot, arbor farming industry and indoor swimming poor:
Used in high waybill board and used in separate office from private room and sepatate shower room from
washroom when display and exhibition.
The hollow sheet extruding plant is consisted by following items:
1 Single screw extruder with high efficiency
2 Automatic screen changer
3 The extrusion die for the hollow sheet
4 Calibration device with vacuum
5 First Haul off device and edge cutter
6 Oven device
7 Laminating device for the surface protection
8 Second haul off device and edge cutter
9 Auto cutter device with metering system
10 Sheet feeding device
11 Stacking device
You can use different extrusion die and calibration moulds with relevant extruding screw to produce different
sheet like PE, PP, PC or PVC etc.
This sheet extrusion line is equiped high performance vented extruder, die, screen change system, vacuum
forming table, cooling rocket, haul-off unit, cutting unit and etc.
Applications:
The PC hollowness grid board can be processed into turnover case, packaging case, clapboard, lining
board, backing board and pallet, etc, due to its advantages of light weight, high tenacity, damp proof,
environmental performance and secondary processing.
