Description:
Technics flow as below:
Raw material + additive → mixing → granulating → conveying feeding → single screw extruder → extruding mould → spray cooling water tank →belt haul-off → fiber winder → warm-up oven → single screw extruder → mould → spray cooling water tank → belt haul-off → meter measure → winder → finished product inspecting & packing.
This machine produces the PVC fiber hose with spiral wrapping and knitted fiber with different braider.
This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose, the wall of which is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose, middle layer is terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property.
It mainly consists of :
2 sets single screw extruder
2 sets water tank
2 sets tractor,
1 set braider,
1 set drying oven,
1 set winder
Applications:
The
PVC Fiber Reinforced Flexible Pipe, also referred to grid pipe or snake
skin pipe, is widely used to convey the middle pressure or corrosive
gas and liquid. Now it is widely used in such fields as mechanical
engineering, coal min, petroleum, chemical industry, agriculture
irrigation and civil applications (solar water heater or gas-canisters).
At the present time, it is widely used to the irrigation pipe to the
garden and lawn.
