Low Power Consumption Rubber Extrusion Equipment For EPDM Sealing Strip
Main composition:
Motor, reducer, feed device, barrel, screw, head, temperature control device, vacuum pump, electrical control system and machine frame, etc..
Main application:
This extruder is used to extrude various foam or solid EPDM profile and sealing strip.
Characteristics:
Screw is divided to feeding section, compression section, throttling section, exhaust section and extrusion section. Throttling section adopts whorl which is shallow slot, equidistance and isobathic; it can makes rubber compound get higher shear and stable conveying process, meanwhile, it also increases exhaust effect.
