Mixing materials - extrusion - curing and foam - cutting (other further processing)

Q: How long have you produced this machinery?
A: Nearly 20 years.
Q: what products can we get from this production line?
A: EPDM foam pipe, sheet, sleeve, profile, sealing strip in different sizes, colors and density.
Q: Do you provide formula (recipe) and technology?
A: We provide formula and technology. We can adjust the formula to meet requirements of customer and local market.
Q: how can we get the materials?
A: we will provide specification, brands and suppliers of materials. Or we can directly provide mixed materials. Or we can help customer to buy them.
Q: Will you do trial production in your factory?
A: We will do trial production in our company. After get customer’s acceptance, the machinery just can be delivered.
Q: What about installation, commissioning and training?
A: After we get notice from customer, we will send worker and technician to customer’s factory to install machinery, run the production line and do trial production, meanwhile, train worker and technician to operate the machinery and master the formula and technology.
Q: Is there guarantee period for the machinery?
A: guarantee period: 12 months. It begins from successful installation and commissioning in customer’s factory.
Q: how long will the machinery be finished?
A: It will be finished within 60-120 days according to the machine size.
Q: how many workers are needed to operate the production line?
A: 6-10.
Q: what kind of energy will the machinery use?
A: natural gas or electricity. It depends on customer’s condition.
Q: what kind service will you provide?
A: pre-sale investment planning, sale support, after sale services and long term technical support.
Q: what kind of package will be used when delivery?
A: water-proof plastic film and sandwich plate.
Q: how many final products can the machinery produce?
A: generally 1-10 tons.
Q: if there is breakdown, how can we do?
A: we provide spare parts for the production line. If the problems cannot be solved by customer, we can send engineer or technician to customer’s factory at the fastest speed.
Q: what about the service life of production line?
A: We have been manufacturing this machinery for nearly 20 years. Till now, there is no big problem. All the machines normally run.
Q: what about the density of final products?
A: 45-65kg/m3.
