Description:
Our FDP 40 ton HDD rig, or horizontal directional drilling equipment, is a kind of non-excavation directional drilling tool. And full hydraulic drive and crawler system have been designed for this drilling rig.
Its main components are diesel engine, hydraulic pump, valve, motor and speed reducer.
Features:
1. The dual low-speed motor driving system enables it to have advanced and compact frame.
2. The chain feeding system of its motor ensures stable and reliable operation for this 40 ton HDD rig.
3. The drilling angle of its mast is adjustable from 8° to 22°.
4. Regarding this drilling tool, low gravity center and good stability are available.
5. Auxiliary crane is equipped, and its operation cab is quite comfortable for drivers.
6. Large torque, good power configuration, rational structure design and advanced operation mode are advantages of this kind of drilling rig. And the 4.5m drill rod ensures highly efficient work for it.
7. Low emission and low noise diesel engine makes this horizontal directional drilling rig more suitable for usage in urban construction.
8. Advanced control system can successfully minimize the power consumption of the drilling rig under non-loaded condition.
