HDD Horizontal Directional Drilling Ring Reamer Strong Mantle Rock
Description of Ringed Reamer:
This ringed reamer is mainly comprised of core shaft, 16Mn steel plate and tungsten carbide. And it is typically used in the reaming of hard soil layers.
The cutting blade is very short and is distributed in punctuate (or dot) form, so its rotation resistance is largely lowered.
The specifications of ringed reamers range from φ300mm to φ1500mm. And the thread connecting the core shaft can be made in line with special needs of clients.

1. Its open structure makes it easier for drilling fluids and drill cuttings to go through the reamer bit.
2. Its reaming speed is quick, and straightness-keeping is superior.
