Description:
The spiral cutting expanding bit is mainly comprised of core shaft, 16Mn plate and tungsten carbide drill bit.
Its cutting blade is short and dot-distributed, which helps greatly reduces the resistance as well as required rotating energy.
Its flange plate is of high strength, so deformation will not happen easily. This spiral cutting expanding bit has strong obstacle-passing capacity, and it can get through large construction wastes and rocks. So it is suitable for drilling hard stratum (formation).
The specifications of our spiral cutting expanding bit range from φ150mm to φ400mm. And the threads that connecting core shafts can be made according to customers' requirements.
