This machine is used for forming the required granules from moist ower materail, or for crushing rotor also into granules in required size.
Main featres:
The sieve can be removed and remounted easily, its tension is also adjustable. The rotor also can be removed and cleaned conveniently. The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machinne body and its lubrication system, Makes the machine work smoothly.
Working process:
It is made of high quality stainless steel. And When the material is feed into the hopper, with the help of powder-reciprocating rotation, the material will go through the mesh to form the granule. It is used for forming the required granules from moist power material, or for crushing bulk material into granules in required size. It has compact structure, small shape, high efficiency, and steady running.
Type YKl60 the speed of its rotor can be adjusted during operation, its surface is painted for universal usage.
Type YKl60D, a new type is designed m accordance with GMP standard, its suface is made of high quality stainles steel and looks nice. Especlly the metal and stainless steel screen mesh impoves the pellets' quality.
