Work Principle：
Latex Coagulation Slicer consists of rack, working table, saw mechanism, travel mechanism, lifting mechanism, hydraulic system, control system components.
Should put the coagulated latex material on working table, press “auto” button of control panel, saw wheel drives circularity saw blade to make slice movement continuously. Travel mechanism of lower of working table is driven by hydraulic system, to bring working table forward and back movement, that get the rubber sheet from coagulated latex material.
After getting the rubber sheet, the lift mechanism would rise the working table up and do the second cutting.
Latex coagulation slicer combines PLC programmable controller and hydraulic system, stable run, high integration and easy operation. We use frequency control for sew blade, which could do the stepless speed regulation in according to different rubber feature. -
Function：
Bases on the market demand, Zhanjiang Weida Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd produces a new type of rubber processing equipment successfully, which is called Latex Coagulation Slicer. Latex Coagulation Slicer is used for the latex what is coagulated as a solid bale and slices the coagulated latex bale to be rubber sheet, which is convenient for the next step process.The traditional rubber sheet production way: first, latex goes into a plate to be coagulation; and then worker take the coagulated latex to press; finally, use rubber sheeting machine to dewater. This is single rubber sheet production method, but it would bring some shortcomings such as more area, high labor, low efficient and the others, nowadays many factories go out of traditional method.
Our company bases on the market demand to invent Latex Coagulation Slicer, which bring a change in rubber sheet production. The way: first, coagulate the latex into coagulated trough as a big rubber bale; and then put the rubber bales into our Latex Coagulation Slicer to cut off, what would get rubber sheets automatically, easily and quickly; finally, put the rubber sheet to rubber sheeting machine to dewater. Latex Coagulation Slicer not only get the thinner rubber sheet, but also has high efficient, low labor, automatic, small area and the others advantages, what is welcomed by customer deeply.
