FOUNCTION：

2 in 1 Creper Machine is an important processing for solid raw rubber. During produce rubber procedure, coagulated latex block has lots of water content. It is inconvenient for weighting, transportation, preservation and so on. And the creper machine is high consumption, big volume and heavy, which is not suitable to collect rubber material in remote areas. Our company special designed this “2 in 1 Creper Machine” for solve above problems, what is not only high efficiency, small volume, light, low consumption, but also could choose diesel engine or electric engine for different condition.
WORKING PRINCIPLE：

Using the relative movement of forward & backward roller to make the rubber material to be flat and crush the water content & sundries out from the rubber material. At the same time, rubber material would be kneaded and shredded into granulated/bar/alveolate rubber because of the speed rate of forward & backward roller. There are 4 roller of 2 in 1 Creper Machine, work in two stages, first stage is deep pattern roller presses the rubber material initially, the other stage is light pattern roller presses the rubber material into crepe rubber eventually.
