PROPERTIES

white powder or flakes, soluble in the organic solvent such as 
alcohol but not soluble in the water. PGMS belongs to the non-ionic emulsifier.

APPLICATION

PGMS is good oil soluble emulsifier which has good  property in foaming. 
1.uesd in shortening can avoid bread and Baking food from aging. improve  the processability
2. used in  ice cream ,improve the expansibility and conformality.
3. pgms used in margarine , Prevent water-oil separation.
4.used in cake , Fried food and Compound seasoning.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Seal and storage in the low temperature, dry, cool and well-ventilated place, in order to prevent to absorb damp and become agglomeration.
 Strictly forbid to store and transport with materials that is explosive, combustible or deleterious.
