LXK320T CNC spiral rotor milling machine is my company's own R & D designed for compressor, screw pump rotor machining and production of special machine.
1.The machine tool is whole bed, the worktable is Z axis horizontal layout,The milling head base is the whole.Milling head and skateboard is X axis horizontal layout,and with the worktable and lathe bed are decorated by the shape of “T”.Machine tool is rigidity,smooth chip is removal,and the maintenance is convenient.
2.The milling head is equipped with radial hydraulic clamp mechanism, ensuring the stable milling.Cutter shaft is designed with disc forming cutter, the user can be equipped with all kinds of milling cutter according to the requirements of processing technology.
3.Main spindle running is drived by worm gear and worm.Servo motor straight league worm.With zero clearance throwing into gear between worm gear and worm,the machine tool can realize high precision accurate dividing.
4.The lubrication of guide rail use intermittent special lubrication pump.Main spindle adopts heavy power frequency conversion electric machine,realizing the strong cutting.
5.Machine configured manually chuck, according to user requirements we can match special fixture clamping system, etc.
6.Chip machine equipped with automatic machine tool chip removal device and pick up car, to meet user needs.
7.The machine tool can realize five axis three linkage(namely X axis,Z axis,C axis), Control system is GSK systems or SIEMENS system or according to customer request.
