1. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Nanjing of China, No.111, Hou Jiao Road, Science Park, Jiangning District, Nanjing, China 211122.
We sincerely welcome you to visit our factory!
2. Q: What is the raw material of your products?
A: Q235B, other material is also available based on the requirements.
3. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: 30% depoisit by T/T and balance upon receipt the copy of BL.
4. Q: What is delivery time?
A: Simple and standard products: within 20 or 25 days upon receipt the deposit. Complicated and Automated storage systems: within 40 to 50 days upon receipt the deposit.
5. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: We are closed to Nanjing port. All the products will be shipped by the feeder vessal from Nanjing port to Shanghai port to catch the mother vessel there. If you need the goods to be shipped quickly, we are able to send the goods by trailer on road to Shanghai.
6. Q: May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes of course. We will let you know the status of the order and send pictures.
7. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes,samples are available. We provide the small sized samples free of charge but without freight. For some complete samples, we charge them but will refund by next order.
