Points for attention before starting equipment:
1. Check whether the power and the voltage frequency used are same with those listed on the label.
2. Before installation, check the rotation direction of the motor, the correction rotation direction is that the motor rotates counter-close seen from the suction direction of the impeller. If the rotation direction is not right, the connection positions of any two phases in three phases shall be shifted to get it rotate in a correct direction.
3. Check whether the operation of the level controller is in normal so as not to affect the service life of the submersible motor.
4. Operation without water is prohibited.
5. Lifting and hanging the motor with the motor cable is prohibited during the transport and installation processes.
Attention: The protective grade of the motor of CP and SP submerged pump is IP68, which has a very strict assembly requirement, therefore, it is recommended to have the assembling and maintaining work done after returned to the factory. The following procedures shall be abided by when on-site maintenance work is conducted.
