Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant

MWCB series of full-weighing of modular soil-cement mixing plant has the following features: good adaptability of materials, multiple dosages, high reliability, easy operation, compact structure and reasonable layout. The plant adopts industrial computer control to form automatic control system. It is composed of six major parts: aggregate supplying system, stabilizer (cement, lime powder) supplying system, water supplying system, mixing system, mixed material conveying and storing system, control system. It can be separated according to the modular structure: aggregate hopper, mixer, storing hopper

 The aggregate supplying system is composed of aggregate hopper, weighing belt conveyor and collecting belt conveyor. It is commonly equipped with three material hoppers and can increase to four or five hoppers according to users' requirement. It has the following features: compact structures, great capacity of hoppers; low loading height, convenient maintenances, etc
