This machine is a kind of special equipment for winding during producing the spiral wound gaskets. It adopts certain structural parameter to shape metallic strip and non--metallic filler strip alternately between mould and groove-shape pressing wheel. It can control the diameter force and shearing force effectively by adopting pneumatic and electromagnetic elements so that the technical parameter can be ensured to be invariable and controllable. The machine can complete the winding process automatically by using metallic and nonmetallic long strips and making them feed-in automatically through guidewheel simultaneously, thus it will not be affected by hand operation and the quality is ensured. If this machine is used together with special controller for spiral gaskets, you can set the size of gasket in advance and decreasing the pulling force of the steel strip automatically. The size of the spiral gasket can be controlled automatically and the welding of the gaskets can also be finished automatically (for the diameter of the gasket is larger). In this way, you can improve your efficiency greatly.
