Stable Horizontal Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps for Chemical Liquids 50ZX 20-30
ZX series pumps are newly developed self-priming centrifugal pumps for chemical liquids. The pumps have the advantages such as compact structure and high efficiency and energy-saving and reliable operation and long life and more strong self priming characteristic etc.
Only keep some guidable liquids into the pump for self-priming before starting pump. It need not install foot valve in pipeline. So the pumps can simplify pipeline system and operating conditions.
Advantages & Features
They contain lots of virtues: compact structure, readily operation, stable running, maintenance conveniently, high efficiency, extended life, strongly self-priming and so on. (There is no need to install based valve and just retain certain quantity of fluid stored in pump due to the simplified pipeline system and improved working conditions. So they could displace with all kinds of submersible pumps and underwater pumps. )
Application:
1. Apply to urban environmental protection, construction, fire control, chemical industry, pharmacy, dye, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, irrigation, equipment cooling, oil tanker offloading, etc..
2. Apply to water, sea water , liquid with acid or base chemical medium and sluff with general mushy (medium viscosity of ≤ 100 cps, with solid content up to 30% or less)
3. Fitted with arm-type nozzle, the pumps could push the water into the air and spray after the water scatter into small raindrops. So the pumps are ideal equipments for farms, nurseries, orchards, tea plantations.
