Summary
vacuum filter combines mechanical and electric machine,ceramic tube with micro-hole and ultrasound,depending on vacuum suction and capillary function,under pressure difference,the filter cake will be formed on the surface of ceramic filter plate when the slurry go through the ceramic filter,at the same time,the water will run out through the filter medium to achieve the purpose of the solid-liquid separation.Ceramic filter have the advantage of high efficiency,lower production cost,energy-saving and environmental protection and so on,the ceramic filter is widely used for mine,metallurgy,chemical industry and environmental protection industry.
Working principle
Slime Absorbing Zone: Filter plate immersed in the slime while in operation produces a surface absorption of filter cake, with the action of capillarity and integrated with vacuum pressure. Filtrate enters distributing valve and drainage tank through filter plate．
Leaching Zone: Filter cake coming out from slime hopper receives spray washing．
Drying Zone: Continuous dehydration for filter cake is conducted with the action of high vacuum force．
Discharging Zone:Scraper will automatic discharge materials once entering the vacuum-free condition．
Back Flushing:Service water or filtrate enters the ceramic plate through distributing valve and cleaning the blocked minihole entoectad．Cleaning with ultrasonic and low density acid after ceramic plate is used for one period to maintain the efficient service life of ceramic plate．
Features
1. High vacuum degree(0.09-0.098MPa),filter cake has low water content.
2. Solid content of liquid the maximum is 25ppm,repeated application is available,drainage is lessened.
3. It can save 90% energy or above in contrast with traditional filter with low consumption and low cost.
4. Filter cake cleaning process is added to clean proper materials.
5. It combines PLC,computer and automatic valve control with high automatization and labor force has been lowered.
6. Compact structure,covering less floor area,convenient installation and maintenance.
7. Advanced drainage system fits for any working condition.
