Summary
A vacuum ceramic filter is designed to separate liquids from solids for dewatering purposes. The device consists of a rotator, slurry tank, ceramic filter plate, distributor, discharge scraper, cleaning device, frame, agitating device, pipe system, vacuum system, automatic acid dosing system, automatic lubricating system, valve and discharge chute. The operation and construction principle of vacuum ceramic filter resemble those of a conventional disc filter, but the filter medium is replaced by a finely porous ceramic disc. The disc material is inert, has a long operational life and is resistant to almost all chemicals. Performance can be optimized by taking into account all those factors which affect the overall efficiency of the separation process. Some of the variables affecting the performance of a vacuum ceramic filter include the solid concentration, speed rotation of the disc, slurry level in the feed basin, temperature of the feed slurry, and the pressure during dewatering stages and filter cake formation.
Working principle
Slime Absorbing Zone: Filter plate immersed in the slime while in operation produces a surface absorption of filter cake, with the action of capillarity and integrated with vacuum pressure. Filtrate enters distributing valve and drainage tank through filter plate．
Leaching Zone: Filter cake coming out from slime hopper receives spray washing．
Drying Zone: Continuous dehydration for filter cake is conducted with the action of high vacuum force．
Discharging Zone:Scraper will automaticly discharge materials once entering the vacuum-free condition．
Back Flushing:Service water or filtrate enters the ceramic plate through distributing valve and cleaning the blocked minihole entoectad．Cleaning with ultrasonic and low density acid after ceramic plate is used for one period to maintain the efficient service life of ceramic plate．
Features

( 3 ) improve the automatic protection features: automatic fault alarm system , fault -screen display, high and low level alarm display, and automatically exclude or shut down manually.
( 4) The structure of a solid , durable : The machine adopts computer optimization design, rational structure, reliable , maintenance-free design main transmission components , reducing downtime rate , tank mixing system made of stainless steel body structure to ensure its service life of up to 10 more years .
( 5 ) improve product quality, reduce transportation costs: Due concentrate low water filtration treatment can greatly improve the market competitiveness of products and reduce transportation costs during transport and loss.
( 6 ) environmental effect is obvious : Because of the clear filtrate , repeated use , reduce emissions and comply with environmental clean production of the current trend.
