Summarize and function:
This series of machines is the first high-speed & wide width equipment in China which made by HY & POLYTYPE. The equipment configured with industry computer center control system and can accurately control the mulit-motor tension, logic action and coating weight. Now we already formed two products series which are sSilicon release/label coating & laminating converting line and digital printing film/thermo sensitive paper coating converting line. The capacity of this machine is 4 or 5 times more than the 80m/min converting line.

The design drawing, product design basis and assembly technique of this equipment were all introduced from Swiss Polytype in 2012. It combines the coating design and manufacturing technology from Huaying’s 15-year experience and has already formed the full line scientific research & design & precise manufacturing system and full line product specification & grade supply system.
