Water Vapor Permeation Test System is applicable in water vapor permeation test for plastic films, laminated films, sheets, solar energy back sheets, high barrier materials, foils, OLED, water-proof membranes and bottles, pouches, jars, boxes made of plastic, rubber, paper, glass and metal, as well as medical devices, etc.
With water vapor permeation testing, controlling and adjustment of packaging materials can be achieved; application demands can also be satisfied.
Water Vapor Permeation Test System conforms to ISO 15106-3, DIN 53122-2
Features:
1. Computer control; 3 testing chambers integrated in one block (patent);
2. Three independent chamber testing;
3. One master base can support 9 satellite modules, 30 different samples can be tested simultaneously;
4. Mixed testing control of water vapor transmission rate and oxygen transmission rate;
5. Two testing functions of films and finished products (optional purchase);
6. Testing data can be stored in txt, database and excel formats; History data can be searched, compared, printed and re-analyzed;
