Description
The SC-WJ series diaphragm gas meter with thermal-correction device is designed and developed by our company for cold area. It is new generation of gas flow meter, which can be used as the base of different smart meters. It can keep high stable accuracy under different temperature.
Working Principle
SC-WJ series gas meter has two chambers formed by syntetic diaphragms, with the gas flow directed by internal rotary valves. When the chamber alternately fill or expel gas, and the diaphragms expands and contracts, the crank shaft, lever and gears convert the motion of the diaphragm to the indicator and display the volume of flowing gas. When the working temperature of the meter changed, the internal thermal correction metal device will shrink to change the cyclic volume to realize gas mass equal measurement.
Features
1. Set 20℃ as standard condition to realize gas mass equal measurement.
2. Maximum working pressure is 50Kpa (0.1bar for firesafe applications to EN1359)
3. High accuracy with low noise working level.
4. Gas meter working temperature range is -20-+50.
