A: For our KareMe brand, no limit, standard 20pcs/ctn, better to fill up one full carton, also accept sample order. For OEM, with your logo and our platform, MOQ 2000pcs.
Q: What is the guarantee of the watch?
A: We supply one year warranty.
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: T/T, L/C, Western Union ect.
Q: How will you deliver goods to me?
A: We always send sample order by Express, ship mass order by Air, Sea, Express, according to clients’choice.
Q: What is component include in product?
A: It includes Watch, Color Box, User Manual, Charger, USB Charging Cable, Exclusive Screwdriver.
Q: Is it waterproof?
A: Yes, it is water resistance, but it is not allow to be immersed in water.
Q: How long is standby time?
A: There are three working mode with different standby time. Tracking mode with 8-10 hours, experience mode with 2-3 days, power saving mode with 5-7 days.
Q: Sometimes location is not accuracy?
A: There are two way location, GPS outdoor, more accuracy, LBS indoor, less accuracy, since LBS bases station location, location accuracy is involved in satellite signals and network intensity.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: Standard sample always in stock, 3-5 working days for regular order less than 2000pcs, 10-15 working days for mass production order(based on different quantity)
