Horizontal bead grinding mill for Nano material
Application:
Widely used in high effect grinding for coating, pigment, inks, medicine, sensitive film, pesticides, foods, non-mining, electronic paste, papermaking, cosmetics and so on.
Characteristic:
1.The grinding chamber: cylindrical, hermetical grinding chamber made of high wear resistant alloy steel,no pollution and no discolouring.
2.Mechanical seal: with a large end face and round steel finishing craftsmanship,the imported mandatory pressurization type mechanical seal increase the processing cost to to completely guarantee the concentricity of power transmission and avoid any material leaking.The warranty of the mechanical seal is 3 years.
3.Rotor:turbine structure and high wear-resistant alloy steel materials highly improving the grinding efficiency and the use life.
4.Segregation apparatus:the grinding material will be separated through dynamic segregator which will be automaticlly cleaned to avoid any blocking and ensure the big output.
5.Driver: Siemens brand three-phase motor and the flexibility of the start system ensure the smooth operation, low noisy and energy conservation.
6.Feeding pump:the imported diaphragm pump and pipe are nice and easy for disassembling;automatic clean design will be convenient for the grinding of multiple color material.
7.Temperature control:Double cooling system ensure the the discharging temperature within 45°C.
8. Surface:spraying solvent resistant protective coating,the color can be customized.
9.This machine is suitable for single, multiple or circular grinding operation.
