30L/50L Disk Type Bead Grinding Mill

Application:

Widely grinding application for pigment, inks, medicine, dye,sensitive film, pesticides, foods, electronic paste, papermaking, cosmetics and so on.

Characteristic:

The grinding chamber: high wear resistant alloy steel material,no pollution and no discolouring,(silicon carbide or Zirconia Zirconia or PU,PTFE is optional)

Dispersible disk: with eight groups arrangement ,the disk is made of high wear resistant alloy steel.

Separator device:it adopts the dynamic separating technology to separate the grinding material,the gap can be designed as the customer's demand,usually it is 0.35mm.

Sealing material: PTFE(Teflon)/ special rubber material with corrosion resistance and solvent resistance.

Mechanical seal:with a large end face and round steel finishing craftsmanship,the imported mandatory pressurization type mechanical seal increases the processing cost to completely guarantee the concentricity of power transmission and avoid any material leaking.The warranty of the mechanical seal is 3 years.

Driver:22/45KW three-phase Siemens brand motor and star- triangle start-up ensure the power start smoothly, the grinding rod pin will have a liner speed of 13 m/s which is controlled by the rotation rate of 960rpm,so it will achieve the highest grinding efficiency.

Feeding pump:Ingersoll brand 1"pneumatic diaphragm pump ensure the material transfer smoothly; diaphragm is made of Teflon which is corrosion resisting and easy to clean.

Electro connecting pressure gauge and electric contact thermometer:Brady brand ,good stability and long use life.

Electric device: switch panel is set together with device and it will be convinent for installing and maintaining.

Surface:spraying solvent resistant protective coating.
