GLSUN MEMS VOA - Introduction

We provide several series of MEMS VOA, such as FASRE and LOWO. The FASRE series highlight its very fast time response, and the LOWO series has a low driving voltage. For each series, the type of single waveband, dual waveband , PM, Bright or Dark type are available. We will develop new type of MEMS VOA according to the demands of customers.

MEMS VOA is a precise and adjustable voltage-driven optical component. The key part of the component is MEMS chip; driving voltage produces electrostatic force to drive the micro-mirror on the chip, then to adjust output optical power.
