Nowadays Cold Chain Logistic Van is more and more popular in transporting Fish, Meat, Vegetables,
Ice Cream and etc. The Thermal Insulation Efficiency has become the key factor of such vans.
Usually XPS for such use is Surface Planed and Grooved. And in this case good thickness precision
must be ensured. Ourgreen will remove natural skins of XPS by Surface Planing Machine, reaching a
thickness precision of ±0.5mm.
The Grooves help air be driven out during the Vacuum Process, in this way, excellent Adhesion between
Extruded Styrofoam Sheets and other facing layers is ensured.
A special glue for sticking XPS with other materials is mandatory. We are able to offer you such glue.
Nanjing Ourgreen Brief Introduction
Nanjing Ourgreen adopts CO2 technology, using GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene), other Blowing
Agent like Butane/LPG/DME, Nucleating Agent and high performance Fire Retardants as the raw
materials to mass produce the nearly 100% closed-cell XPS Foam Board.
