Mold construction description: Hot runner system, 3 inner sliders and 2 outer large sliders, 3 lifters and 2 plates, many shut off area in the mold, Explosion core.
This product is made of PP plastic material and it is one of the components of the reputable brand pipe fitting. The construction is complicated and there are 6 small sliders in the cavity, 6 lifters and 2 big sliders in core side in the mold, so it has a very high technical requirement for the mould design. The mould is a cold runner mould with water cooling system and the part can be molded by both automatically and manually.
This part has high appearance and size requirements, the defect showed below will not be acceptable, for example, weld line, Dark Sport,Sliver Marks,Gas Trap Effect,Visible Ejector Marks,Deformation,Short shot Filling,Burnt Streaks,Sink Marks,Flash,Over dimension,Under dimension,Stress Crack etc. Moreover, the product finishing surface must meet the requires more than SPI-SPE-B2.
This mould is made in Shiny Mould Factory. It is a mould exported to Europe, with complicated structures and high quality requests. Customer needs mold life to be over 1 million shots. We can ensure this mold life and give warrant to our customer that once some mould components are broken during working, if it is caused not by the operation fault from the workers, we can provide new mould components to them free of charge.
