Product Features
Ausbond 311 is a kind of single-component epoxy resin glue that can cure fast after being
heated, its viscosity character and no volatility of shear thinning apply to screen printing (glue coating) or SMT surface mounting machine glue dispensing, the shape of glue point can be controlled easily, with good heat resistance and no any solvent at the same time, and in compliance with the requirements of environmental protection.
Typical Purposes
Stick the surface mount element onto the printed circuit board before wave peak welding, applied for screen printing (glue coating) or glue dispensing onto SMT surface mounting machine,and used in occasions with high humidity and strength and high electric performance.
Storage
Unless otherwise stated, this product shall be refrigerated under 2 ℃ ~ 8 ℃ , please store the unopened product in the dry place, and the refrigerated product can only be used after recovering to the room temperature, with storage term is 6 months since the day of production.
