Ausbond A335 is a kind of single-component high strength ultraviolet curing adhesive agent,which has the high adhesive force for many metals,such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, plating surface, special glass and low-surface organic materials; the material will deform and twisted by the constant force after it is cured, which is resistant to high frequency vibration; it is more transparent than normal UV adhesive and the
product will not be yellow and whitened with excellent performance of anti low temperature,high temperature and moisture.
Typical Purposes
It is widely applied to glass furniture, glass teapoy,glass table, glass art craft, watch, light and other manufacture industry.
Use Instructions
1. Clean the oil and dryness of the part to be coated with glue.
2.Put the glue liquid on the clean surface to make it distribute averagely.Fold the surfaces and illuminate them with 365nm wave length ultraviolet light to confirm the ultraviolet can
illuminate the adhesive part; the cure time should be 5-6 times as the same strength of ultraviolet to ensure the complete cure of adhesive agent.
3. The sure speed of this product depend on the strength of ultraviolet, distance between light source and glue layer, cure depth or adhesive layer gap and the transmittance of materials.
4. For the left glue, the cover should be tightened to be reserved with sealing after operation.This product is sensitive to the ultraviolet.Avoid the exposure to sunshine, ultraviolet and man-made light source in the process of reservation and operation. This product should be coated with glue by adhesive injecting machine of black feed pipe.
5. If the surface exposed to the air need to be cured completely, it will require ultraviolet illumination of higher strength with the minimum wave length 100mW/cm2 or 250nm.

Storage and Transport
1. This product should be reserved in cool and dry environment under25℃ to avoid the illumination of ultraviolet and sunshine, or the polymerization will occur; the shelf life is 12months.
2. This product belongs to non-dangerous articles;please transport it as general articles and take care of the leakage during transit!
