Ceramic Ball Mill Profile:
Ceramic ball mill(Intermitence Ball Mill) is made of ceramics for full body. Ceramic Ball Mill Structure:
Ceramic Ball Mill(Intermitence Ball Mill) is a horizontal cylindrical rotation device. It is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and transmission part (reduction gears, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). It is driven by brim gearwheel. Its discharging outlet is grid style.The quill shaft is made of cast steel and the liner is detachable and replaceable. The big turning gearwheel is made by casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear-resistance. Ceramic Ball Mill is with stable and reliable working condition.
Ceramic Ball Mill working principle:
Electric motor drives barrel body for rotation by speed reduction device.The crushed ore and steel balls are taken to a certain height by lining board by role of friction and centrifugal force because of the rotation of barrel body. In the action of gravity, the steel balls rush falls to impact and grind the ore in fine particle step by step. The crushed ore is discharged outside by discharging part.After grading in spiral classifier, qualified product will be picked up from discharged minerals, coarse sand through the stock feeder come back to ball mill again for continued grinding. Material feeding machine continuously and evenly feeds, the ore by stock feeder continuously and evenly get into ball mill, the grinded materials is discharged out from ceramic mill continuously. Ceramic ball mill can be continuous working 24 hours a day.
Ceramic Ball Mill Performance and Features:
Ceramic ball mill(Intermitence Ball Mill) is mainly used for mixing, milling of the materials. The fineness of product is uniform but it works with less energy. It can do wet mills and dry mills. The machine could use different lining board according to product requirement to satisfy different customer’s requirement. The milling fineness depends on the milling time. The motor is started by the coupling which can reduce voltage and lower the starting electricity. The structure is divided into integral type and freestanding type.
Ceramic ball mill has many advantages such as lower investment, energy saving, structure novelty, simply operated, used safely , stable and reliable performance, etc. It is suitable for mixing and milling of ordinary and special materials.
