1.Feature:
1) High Hardness: The surface hardness of forged and rolling balls is to 60-65 HRC and volume hardness is to 60-63 HRC
2) High Impact Toughness: The impact toughness is more than 12 J/cm2;
3) Low Broken Rate: The actual broken rate is not higher than 1%;
4) Even Wear-resistance: The loss of ball round rate is 50-300 g/ton.
2.The production process of the forged grinding balls
1). Raw material:
All the material is qualified with certificate and made in the Chinese largest steel production enterprise.
2). Different steel specifications ccording to the clients's requirements.
Main Steel Material :C45 Steel;60Mn Steel;B2 Steel
3). Steel Cutting:
the steel bars should be cut into small pieces according to the size of steel balls required by the order.
4). Heating:
we use the electric furnace instead of the traditional coal stove, the biggest advantage is that all the steel bars can accept the most approriate temperature during the heating progress. It affect the hardness and toughness directly.
5). Hammer forging:
The raw material is forged to a certain deformation by the air hammer, when the compression ratio increased, the micro-structure become more compact so that the hardness and the toughness can be improved.
6). Heat treatment:
Both the water quenching heat treatment production line and our own temperature control technics are important.
We have mature production technicians responsible for the heat treatment process as we know this process affect the grinding balls performance directly.
7). Quality Control.

Testing:
Quality control for each production shift (4hours/Shift);
Hardness, chemical elements and impact testing after production for each production shift;
SGS –third party testing before each deliver
Packing:
1.Bags:1000KG polypropylene bags which are highly resistant to UV rays and secure bag straps to reduce time and effort in loading and unloading.
2.Drums:Recyeled drums can also be supplied. The drums have a removable lid and compression ring for secure storage.Drums are more efficient for some modes of transportation and can also be delivered on wooden pallets.
