Cast iron Testing Plate Abstract:The test plate is suitable for various inspection work, precision measuring datum plane; Used for machine mechanical inspection measurement datum, Check parts size accuracy or form for deviation, and tight marking, in mechanical manufacturing is not for lack of the basic tools.
Cast iron platform specification:
200 mm * 200 mm - 2000 mm * 4000 mm (special specifications according to buyer's paper making or both sides agreed production processing).
Cast iron Testing Plate ccuracy:
According to the national standard metrological verification code execution, respectively 0,1,2,3 level four levels.
0 level grade 1 flat platform in each edge is 25mm square within the scope of no less than 25 points.
Level 2 flat platform in each edge is 25mm square within the scope of not less than 20 point.
Level 3 flat platform in each edge is 25mm square within the scope of not less than 12 o 'clock.
Cast iron Testing Plate Flatness:
AA: its flatness (μ m) = 1 + 1.6 D2 (D as a platform diagonal long or diameter), used for high precision of measurement, often used in laboratory.
Class A: its flatness is the AA level two times of error, and often used in tool checkout room for measuring precision of the inspection.
Class B: its flatness is the AA level four times of error, and often used in tool checkout room or in the on-site inspection measuring tool or crossed with.
Specifications can be made or agreed production and processing according to buyer's drawings
