Features
1. Because of Guillaume series doesn't have any external sleeves, it can lift as much as other series of the same model, but is deadweight can be reduced by 30-50kg. Because it is easy to install, it can reduce cost of gasoline consumption and toll by 2000-2500 dollars.
2. The cylinder uses 27SiMn hydraulic post solid-drawn pipe to reinforce its total strength by 35%, but its deadweight is reduced by 15%.
3. The cylinder uses double oil seal structure and the tolerate temperature standard is -40° C-120° C. It can work efficiently in extremely low or high temperature.
Jiaheng Telescopic Cylinders
The standard Jiaheng Cylinder includes Front-end Cylinders with Outer Cover, with Eye type, named Guillaume cylinders. Double acting cylinders are also available. Tipping capacity ranges to 160T. In addition to our standard features, Jiaheng offers an incorporated damper, imported seal kits, several surface treatments. All of Jiaheng Cylinders are hard chromed.
The standard front-end cylinders with a diameter of 80 to 230mm and a stroke ranging from 900 to 8370mm, the standard Guillaume cylinders with a diameter from 90 to 230mm and a stroke from 3000 to 6180mm. Tippers with sloping headboard generally are fitted with an Guillume cylinder or front-end with a short cover.
