Fiber laser has a series of advantages, such as high beam quality, high brightness, high conversion rates, maintenance-free, stable and reliable operation of low cost and small size, etc. Air-assisted cutting is the most advanced level of laser cutting.

2. Guiding Light and Focusing System
To meet the requirements for large range metal cutting, combining guiding light fiber transmission and specified focus lens to be applied on this kind of machine, largely increased cutting speed for metal materials.
3. Automatic Focusing System
Adopting Inductive cutting head with high speed, it can sense the uneven surface of work piece condition quickly, accurately positioning laser spot to guarantee the cutting quality.
4. Cooling system
External and internal circulating cooling system is applied and detailed specification is as followings:
Refrigerating Capacity: ≤2700W
Setting point for water temperature: 16-30 ºC (Adjustable)
Control accuracy for water temperature: ±1ºC
Tank volume: about 11.2L
Cooling medium: Distilled water
Power supply: 380V, 50Hz
5. Red light indicating system
The coaxial red light is used as the indicator to make simpler for the adjustment for optical system and more accurate for positioning working point. Adopting imported AC servo system and drive system, and imported rack and pinion driver structure for machine tool. Linear guiding ensure high speed, high precision, high reliability for the machine.
6. Machine tool and control system
The machine adopted gantry structure, double driver and gear rack transfer system, high damping bed, good rigidity, capable of withstanding high speed and acceleration. CNC controlling system adopted multi-axis PMAC motion control system from American Deltu Tau D
