Charactoristics
This production line adopts multi-layer co-extrusion tecnology,covering the exterior wall of the PE or Pe-RT pipes with a layer of EVOH oxygen barrier, and the interior wall is compound with the EVOH layer through polymer adhesive so that the pipe is oxygen-resistant. Besides , the PU foam insulation coating and the final outer layer of PE-PERT are wrapped to prevent it from enviromental tempreture and anti-bacteria within the piping system , so to achive the enviroment effect.
In order to meet the demand of the market, introducing international most advanced technology, we self-develop and adopt 2.3.5.7.9 layers etc. co-extrusion production technology of multi-layers design, through modification, The line has the advantages of fast speed , high output and durable uesage.
